A three-day online capacity-building programme on AI-driven best practices for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions will begin today, April 14, 2026.
The programme, organised by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) in collaboration with Huawei Nigeria Lmited, will run until April 16, 2026.
It aims to equip TVET stakeholders with practical knowledge on integrating artificial intelligence into teaching, learning, and institutional management.
The Executive Secretary of NBTE, Prof Idris Bugaje will serve as Chairman of the programme.
The Head of Linkages and International Collaboration Unit at NBTE, Dr Zakari Abdullahi, will coordinate the sessions.
Participants are expected to join virtually, as the programme focuses on enhancing digital capacity and innovation in technical education across Nigeria.(NAN)
